Return & Refund Policy
๐น 1. Purpose of This Policy
This Return and Refund Policy outlines how cancellations, refunds, and reschedules are managed at Duringine. We aim to provide flexibility and clarity while maintaining a reliable schedule for all clients. Photography services involve time, planning, and digital work โ and this policy ensures a balanced and respectful process for all bookings.
๐น 2. Cancellations by the Client
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge if you notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time. Notifications can be made via email or phone (see contact section below).
Cancellations made with less than 24 hoursโ notice may result in partial refund or no refund, depending on preparation time and lost availability.
๐น 3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered in the following cases:
The session was cancelled with proper advance notice (24+ hours)
The studio was unable to deliver the service due to unforeseen internal issues
Delivered digital content was defective (e.g., corrupted files, incomplete delivery)
Refunds are not guaranteed in cases of dissatisfaction due to subjective reasons (such as personal appearance, preference of editing style, or posing).
๐น 4. Digital Delivery and Non-Refundable Cases
Once digital content (edited photographs) has been delivered and confirmed, the service is considered fulfilled. Digital content cannot be โreturnedโ, and therefore, we do not issue refunds after delivery unless files are defective.
Clients are encouraged to preview samples during the session or request specific preferences in advance.
๐น 5. Missed Appointments & Late Arrivals
If a client fails to attend the scheduled session without prior notice, the session is considered โmissedโ and is non-refundable.
If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, the remaining time may be reduced, and no additional time or refund will be granted unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
๐น 6. Additional Editing & Reshoots
Each session includes a defined number of edited images. Clients may request minor adjustments (e.g., brightness, cropping) within 7 days of delivery at no extra cost.
Substantial re-edits, additional images, or reshoots are not included unless specified in the original booking or purchased as add-ons. Fees may apply depending on the request scope.
๐น 7. Studio-Initiated Cancellations
In rare cases, Duringine may cancel or reschedule a session due to equipment failure, health and safety concerns, or force majeure (e.g., extreme weather). In such cases, the client will receive:
A full refund
OR
The option to reschedule at no additional cost
