These Terms and Conditions apply to the website and all photography services provided by Duringine. By using our website or booking a session, you agree to follow these terms. The purpose of this document is to ensure a clear and respectful relationship between the studio and its clients.

🔹 2. Booking Policy
All photography sessions must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or email. When you submit a booking request, we will confirm availability and send session details via email.

Appointments are subject to availability and confirmed only upon our written reply. We reserve the right to adjust available time slots as needed.
Advance booking is strongly recommended.

🔹 3. Payment Terms
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or cash on the day of the session. Some sessions may require partial or full prepayment to secure the booking.
Pricing is clearly listed on our website and includes GST (if applicable). We do not charge hidden fees. Invoices are available upon request.

🔹 4. Session Terms
Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. Delays of more than 15 minutes may reduce the shooting time or result in cancellation without refund if the schedule is impacted.
Clients are encouraged to prepare in advance: outfits, props, or concepts can be discussed with our team before the session. We aim to create a relaxed and productive environment throughout.

🔹 5. Delivery of Work
Final edited photos are delivered digitally, typically within 5–10 business days unless otherwise agreed. Delivery format may include JPEG or PNG files via secure download link or email.
Duringine does not provide unedited or RAW files unless pre-arranged. Any additional editing requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the final images.

🔹 6. Image Use & Copyright
All images are the intellectual property of Duringine, unless a different agreement is made in writing. Clients receive personal use rights, which include sharing online, printing for personal use, or portfolio display.
Commercial usage (advertising, resale, brand campaigns) requires a written licensing agreement with additional terms.

We reserve the right to use selected images for our portfolio, website, or promotional materials — unless the client requests in writing that their images remain private.

🔹 7. Studio Conduct & Cancellations
Clients are expected to behave respectfully within the studio. We maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all guests. The studio reserves the right to cancel or pause a session in case of inappropriate behavior or unsafe conditions.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for a reschedule or refund (see Return & Refund Policy for details).
